Ingredients
- 4 – 6 Large Potatoes, peel and cut into quarters.
- ½ teaspoon Onion Salt.
- Pinch of Pepper.
- 2 – 3 Tablespoon Thickened Cream.
- 20 – 30g Butter.
Method
- Fill a saucepan up with cold water and put in potatoes. Boil until soft (use a fork to test).
- When the potatoes are soft, strain and add back to pot. Put back on heat for 30 seconds to evaporate excess water.
- Remove from heat add pepper, onion salt, butter and cream and mash until smooth.
