Creamy Mash Potato

  • Ingredients

    • 4 – 6 Large Potatoes, peel and cut into quarters.
    • ½ teaspoon Onion Salt.
    • Pinch of Pepper.
    • 2 – 3 Tablespoon Thickened Cream.
    • 20 – 30g Butter.

    Method

    • Fill a saucepan up with cold water and put in potatoes. Boil until soft (use a fork to test).
    • When the potatoes are soft, strain and add back to pot. Put back on heat for 30 seconds to evaporate excess water.
    • Remove from heat add pepper, onion salt, butter and cream and mash until smooth.
